Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion
- Own and manage the Business Line P&L
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams
- Manage distributors, dealers, and key customer relationships
- Drive pricing, inventory, and business performance optimization
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Partner with key industry stakeholders to strengthen market leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial Equipment, Compressors, Power Generation, Automation, Engineering Services, or related industries
- Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and channel management
- Proven exposure to P&L management and commercial decision-making
- Experience managing distributors and multi-country markets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
