KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Customer Payments
  • Process POS and Transfer Transactions
  • Attend to Walk-in & Online Customers
  • Manage Receipts & Daily Sales Record
  • Coordinate Order Collection & Dispatch
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Experience in similar job role
  • Basic Tech Knowledge
  • Demonstrate Integrity & Accountability
  • Ability to work in pressured environments

General Requirements

  • Great work ethic: punctuality & discipline
  • Personal Hygiene and Appearance are Non-Negotiables
  • Must have apetite for training, learning and growth
  • Theft, misconduct or rude behavior are strictly prohibited

Work Schedule

  • Morning Shift: 7.00am - 3.00pm
  • Evening Shift: 2.00pm - 10.00pm
