The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes in line with 5-star standards. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Manage and take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen • Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards • Assist with daily mise en place and service preparation • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards • Support the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team during service • Ensure stock is properly stored, rotated, and utilised efficiently • Assist with minimising waste and maintaining portion control • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines consistently • Assist with dietary requirements and special guest requests • Maintain smooth and efficient section operations during service ?? Requirements • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen • Experience within a lodge or 5-star hospitality environment advantageous • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure in a remote environment • Good teamwork and communication skills • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards • Passion for hospitality and food excellence ?
