Job Summary

  • We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide product/service information to customers as required.
  • Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
