Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Medical Equipment Sales Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with medical equipment and a basic understanding of sales.
- This role combines technical expertise with sales responsibilities, focusing on promoting, demonstrating, and supporting medical equipment to healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities
- Demonstrate proper use, functionality, and benefits of medical equipment to clients
- Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for installed equipment
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups on sales leads
- Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and after-sales support
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or any related field
- 0–2 years experience in sales preferably medical or technical sales
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with medical equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them clearly
- Must be proactive, result-driven, and willing to learn
- Proximity to Ikeja or willingness to commute is an added advantage
