Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of all sold auction lots.
- Inspect, verify, and reconcile auction items against sales records before release.
- Ensure all goods leaving the premises are accurately documented and authorized.
- Maintain detailed and accurate dispatch records and inventory movement logs.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, waybills, courier instructions, and customer collection records.
- Liaise with customers regarding collections, deliveries, and dispatch arrangements.
- Coordinate with courier companies and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve dispatch discrepancies, missing items, or delivery-related queries.
- Assist with stock control and inventory reconciliation where required.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with buyers and service providers.
