Minimum Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English, as the role requires communication with clients and colleagues in both languages.
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Comfortable using computers, software applications, and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor digital display systems nationwide using the company's proprietary software.
- Identify and investigate offline screens or system faults.
- Perform basic remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Contact client sites to assist with first-line fault finding.
- Accurately log and route support tickets to the relevant technical teams.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and field technicians to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients and technical staff via telephone and WhatsApp.
- Ensure all tickets are updated, closed, and dispatched correctly before the end of each day.
