We seek a commercially astute Finance Manager to lead financial operations, governance, and reporting within a standalone remote lodge environment, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure cost discipline and financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance
Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure statutory, tax, payroll, and IFRS compliance
Implement strong internal controls and audit readiness
Partner with HODs to drive cost efficiencies
Support procurement, stock control, and supplier agreements
Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance
5–8 years’ finance experience, 2–3 years in senior role
Hospitality or remote operations exposure advantageous
Strong ERP, payroll, and reporting capability
High integrity, accuracy, and commercial acumen

Salary 22 500 paid in Namibian Dollars / South African Rands
