A company in the agricultural sector is seeking an experienced Financial Manager – Reporting to oversee financial and management reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury oversight, and financial analysis. The role will work closely with executive management and drive financial best practices, reporting accuracy, and process improvements across the business.
Requirements:- CA(SA) qualification essential
- Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
- Experience in commodity trading or manufacturing environments advantageous
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and change management skills
- Experience managing finance teams and driving performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
