We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries
- Register patients and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
- ND/OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service is essential. Previous experience in a hospital, physiotherapy clinic, or similar healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, etc. to ensure a convenient commute.
