Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Front of House Manager Ultra Luxury Lodge- Timbavati Region The Front of House Manager is the custodian of the guest experience, responsible for creating a seamless, personalised, and unforgettable journey for every guest from arrival to departure. You will lead all guest-facing operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained. By inspiring a passionate and service-driven team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere where every interaction reflects the lodge’s commitment to luxury hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Requirements · Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) · At least 3-5 years in a Senior Management position in a 5 star , Ultra luxury Hospitality environment (Essential) · Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (FOH, Guest Interaction, F&B and Housekeeping) · Pure passion for the guest experience · Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel · Professional and well groomed Package on offer · Salary R 35 000 Gross pm (Highly Negotiable) · Live in with company benefits (Pension contribution) · 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off Starting Date: June/July 2026
