Moba Hotel & Convention Centre is a modern 50-room, three-star hotel on the Kitwe–Ndola Dual Carriageway, offering accommodation, dining and leisure facilities, and a Convention Centre for up to 900 delegates.

Job Summary
The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the hotel, driving service excellence, commercial performance, cost control and a strong organisational culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all hotel and convention-centre operations.
- Develop and deliver annual business plans, budgets, revenue targets and performance priorities.
- Drive occupancy, food and beverage, events and other revenue while improving profitability.
- Lead department managers and build a high-performance, service-focused workforce.
- Maintain consistent guest-service, product-quality and brand standards across the hotel.
- Monitor financial and operational results; address variances and report to the Board.
- Strengthen sales, marketing, client relationships and the hotel's competitive position.
- Safeguard assets and ensure effective risk, procurement and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements and health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years' hotel-management experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong record in hotel operations, revenue growth, budgeting and cost control.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a full-service hotel environment.
- Proficiency in hotel systems, financial reporting and standard office applications.
- Flexible to work as required by hotel operations.
