Graphic Designer

What You'll Do:

• Create captivating visual designs for various media including digital, social, retail, print, POS, presentations, and campaign materials.

• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Translate briefs into engaging visual solutions that meet strategic goals.

• Ensure consistency and high quality across all creative outputs.

• Utilize AI tools to generate concepts, imagery, mock-ups, and layouts, supporting the creative process.

• Develop effective prompts and workflows to enhance productivity with AI-assisted design, image generation, and retouching.

• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows.

• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support team collaboration.

• Manage multiple projects efficiently, incorporating feedback to meet deadlines.

• Review and finalise creative work, ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Basic understanding of C programming and typography.

• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Effective time management skills.

• Good communication and writing abilities.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI tools and workflows in creative design.

• Knowledge of the advertising industry.
