Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse, receiving and dispatch operations.
• Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control and stock integrity.
• Oversee stock counts, cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Manage order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery performance.
• Supervise goods receiving and GRN processing.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Lead, coach and manage warehouse staff.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle customer returns, credits and stock discrepancies.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years' warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Sage 300, Netstock and CRM systems.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in electrical or industrial environments advantageous.
