Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design direction and brand consistency across all marketing elements
- Take projects from concept, design, and layout through to final execution (print & digital)
- Collaborate with the marketing team and manage multiple design streams
- Ensure high?quality, accurate, and deadline?driven delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design within a marketing environment
- Experience supervising/managing at least one marketing/design staff member
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong web design & development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress
- Demonstrable UX/UI design capability
- Ability to build and execute a comprehensive brand CI
- Strong conceptual and typography skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem?solving and strategic thinking skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and time?management skills
- Proactive, self?motivated, and able to manage multiple work streams
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about design
