We are looking for dynamic and responsible Guides to join our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist guests during activities and tours
- Ensure guest safety and compliance with operational procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and activity briefings
- Assist with equipment checks and operational readiness
- Support daily operations and guest experience activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in tourism, leisure, or adventure activities is an advantage
