Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy - HR Business Partner Luxury Lodge Group – Johannesburg - Gauteng An established organisation is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join its Support Office in Johannesburg. This role operates across the full HR lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders while strengthening HR capability across multiple property operations. The position requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong expertise in payroll coordination, workforce data, employment equity reporting, and legislative compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership teams to deliver people-focused, data-driven, and legally compliant solutions. A key aspect of this role is providing guidance and structure to HR teams across properties while ensuring alignment with group standards and frameworks. The role requires a proactive individual who can influence stakeholders, interpret workforce analytics, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience within a multi-site or hospitality environment will be advantageous, along with the ability to manage employee relations in a non-unionised setting. This opportunity is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance operational delivery with strategic input. The position demands strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a deep understanding of South African labour legislation. Key Responsibilities Act as HR Business Partner to Support Office employees across the full lifecycle Partner with leadership on workforce planning and performance management Support employee relations ensuring fairness and compliance Enable and guide Property HR teams on HR frameworks and practices Oversee payroll coordination and validate workforce data Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights Manage Employment Equity reporting and statutory submissions Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity Act, and POPIA Maintain audit-ready HR data and reporting standards Requirements Diploma or Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7) Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP/generalist role (multi-site) Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation Proven experience in payroll, workforce analytics, and reporting Strong analytical and decision-making capability Salary: Market Related Start Date: ASAP
