HR Officer 

About the Job

 Participates in the recruitment and selection of new employees. Prepare vacancies for internal and external announcements. Follow up Employee personal files are arranged as per the standard.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate the recruitment selection process, 
  • check reference for newly hired staff & follows through the employment process for all requirements.
  • From different department approved request, manpower then post the vacancy.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Writes separation notices for employees separating with cause and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in compilation and maintenance of personnel records.
  • Investigates employee personal file.
  •  Hiring & resigning employees give to payroll specialist the end of the month.
  • Prepare HR report every month send to HR Head.
  • Recording annual leave of employees for soft & hard copy.
  • Prepares probation, contract & permanent letter.
  • Prepares & send performance evaluation paper for probation employees to d/f department.
  • Write for employees work experience, termination payment & other letter.
  • Prepares budget of personnel operations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Coordinates recording and filing of information about company personnel, such as promotions, wage scales, absences, training status, and discharges.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
