Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting and staffing

  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
  • Participates in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  • Staff grievance and complaints management
  • Administration of sanctions and discipline

Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment and labour laws
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
