Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support employee welfare, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment.
- Manage relationships with employees, contractors, unions, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Location: Kebbi
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly
