Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering-related qualifications.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in HVAC / Bio Containment within a medical laboratory environment or similar.
Must have experience and sound knowledge of project management principles.
Must have experience in managing projects, including risk management, problem-solving, and project analysis skills.
Must have a thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
Must have sound knowledge of health and safety on site.
Must be computer literate (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
Must have budget management experience.
Must be willing to travel for periods out of the country up to 6 weeks
Must have a valid driver’s licence and passport.
Must have own transportation.
Must be willing to travel out of the country.
