Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Must have at least 10 years of QS experience, with significant senior role experience.
Must have strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC & commercial contracts.
Must be proficient in Candy (Rib CCS), BuildSmart & MS Office.
Must have a proven track record managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
