Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in Bellville Cape Town; is currently looking to employ an experienced Inbound and Outbound Sales person (Logistics/Automotive) to their team.
Role Purpose
To manage client engagement, generate business, and coordinate vehicle movement requests through national logistics network.

Working Hours & Conditions
- Monday to Friday: 07h00 – 17h00
- Alternative Weeks:
- Early Shift: 07h00 – 12h00
- Late Shift: 12h00 – 17h00
- Saturday: 07h00 – 12h00
- Public Holidays:
- Work on alternative public holidays: 07h00 – 12h00
- Company Closure:
- Closed over Easter Weekend
- Closed over Christmas period
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a call centre.
- Experience in logistics or the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Computer literate (CRM system experience advantageous).
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Liaise with OEMs, dealers, and private clients.
- Promote services and generate leads.
- Coordinate bookings and vehicle movement requests.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high service quality.
- Capture and update data on internal systems.
