Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and timeously
  • Process sales orders and ensure efficient order administration
  • Provide professional customer support and respond to client enquiries
  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and upkeep of the CRM system
  • Support external / field sales representatives with administrative and sales-related tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience working with Sage essential  
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
