  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Core Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation and service
  • Preparing high-quality meals in line with the lodge's menu standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
  • Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage
  • Contributing to menu development and new dish ideas as experience grows
  • Ensuring consistent presentation and quality across all meal services
