- Proven kitchen experience in a lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
- Ability to work in a remote, live-in setting
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food
- Excellent hygiene standards and knowledge of food safety practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Core Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation and service
- Preparing high-quality meals in line with the lodge's menu standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
- Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage
- Contributing to menu development and new dish ideas as experience grows
- Ensuring consistent presentation and quality across all meal services
This is a live-in position
