Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement multi-tiered pricing strategies across parts portfolios
- Align pricing models with regional economic conditions and market dynamics
- Translate OEM and factory pricing guidelines into actionable commercial strategies
- Analyse product segments to maximise margins and profitability
Financial & Commercial Analysis
- Conduct pricing and profitability analyses to drive decision-making
- Monitor margin performance and identify leakage through detailed reporting
- Perform competitive benchmarking and market analysis
- Track pricing indices and sector-specific inflation trends
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, JSOX requirements, and rebate agreements
- Monitor compliance with major account pricing agreements
- Oversee rebate claims processes and performance targets
Systems & Data Management
- Leverage SAP (SD & BI) and advanced analytics tools to drive pricing insights
- Manage large datasets to inform commercial decisions
- Participate in SAP upgrades and system enhancements
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, procurement, and HR
- Drive change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide input into strategic planning, budgeting, and organisational performance
