Role Overview: An exciting opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join a busy and reputable real estate agency in Hoedspruit. This primarily office-based role will focus heavily on supporting the rental division while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and excellent client service. ? Key Responsibilities: ?️ Office Administration & Coordination • Manage daily administrative tasks and office support functions • Maintain organised filing systems, records, and documentation • Coordinate inspections, appointments, and scheduling requirements • Assist with supplier communication and sourcing quotations ? Client & Tenant Communication • Respond professionally and efficiently to client enquiries • Liaise with tenants, landlords, suppliers, and service providers • Ensure clear and timely communication across all interactions • Support excellent client service standards throughout the rental process ?️ Rental Division Support • Assist with administrative processes related to property rentals • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance follow-ups • Support documentation and operational requirements for rental properties • Ensure all rental-related administration is accurate and up to date ? Systems & Administrative Accuracy • Work confidently across Microsoft Office and administrative platforms • Maintain accurate data capture and record management • Ensure high attention to detail in all administrative duties • Support smooth office operations through strong organisational skills ? Requirements: • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Stable work history within administrative-based roles • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence essential • Previous real estate experience advantageous • Ideally already based in or around Hoedspruit • Long-term commitment essential ?
