Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng
Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month + commission, fuel card, cell phone, 13th cheque, and travel-related benefits.

We are seeking a driven Packaging Specialist to join a growing industrial sales team focused on delivering cost-saving packaging solutions to manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling
• Conduct on-site customer assessments and product trials
• Demonstrate operational and cost-saving benefits to customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
• Train customer staff on product application and best practices
• Grow revenue within existing and new accounts

Requirements:
• 3–10 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in new business development
• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, packaging, plastics, or related sectors
• Ability to engage operational and procurement decision-makers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in factory and warehouse environments
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

Commission:
