Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Manage reception area and maintain a tidy, presentable workspace
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data capturing, scheduling, etc.)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with office coordination and support to other departments

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
