A trendy upmarket restaurant with 75 seats is looking to employ a Restaurant Manager to oversee both back and front of house, with the following skills and experience: - - Matric and possible franchise training eg tasha’s or Paul - Strong stand alone restaurant management including Stock takes, stock control etc. - Must have experience in a similar fast paced stand alone restaurant. - excellent food knowledge and strong wine/cocktail knowledge - Must be a competent on-the-floor manager - NOT a desk jockey. - Willing to work shifts esp over public holidays and weekends.
