SALES ADMINISTRATOR:
Brooklyn, Cape Town.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Input, update, and maintain information in databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and process various documents: Proformas
Sales invoices
Writing out and process delivery notes
Complete and process Credit Requests
Liaise with the sales department to confirm customer orders and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
General Stock control
Manage Consignment stock /partake and assist with stock take
Maintain the administration of Occupational Health and Safety at the branch
Assist other departments with administrative task.
Job specifications:
Matric. A certificate/diploma in office management or basic accounting is advantageous.
Computer Literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of basic accounting functions like Cash book, Debtors, Creditors
Speak – Read – Write – English and Afrikaans. Vernacular fluency is advantageous
Very organized, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks
