Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales within the fire sprinkler and fire protection sector
  • Secure business through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry relationships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and facility managers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the company’s footprint
  • Manage leads, proposals, quotations, and customer pipelines effectively
  • Support regional growth and identify new market opportunities

Requirements

  • NQF 5 in Sales, Business, or similar (preferred)
  • 4–6 years proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling fire sprinkler systems, fire protection solutions, or related technical products strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, and customer administration
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
