JOB SUMMARY
The Sales
Officer will be responsible for up selling of products, sales orders and
invoicing of orders. The Sales Officer will also work closely with the
logistics department for working on route sheet.
DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative Duties
·
Assist
in resolving customer queries and complaints, and contribute to efficient
customer service and sales operations.
·
Receive
and process customer orders submitted via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or
through Sales Representatives.
·
Ensure
that the invoices have the right product appellation, right quantity and with
the right prices as per B2B and B2C pricing list.
·
Regroup
all orders and liaise with the Head of Logistics or any other person designated
by the Management for Planification of Route Sheet for delivery of Products.
·
Register
new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
·
Amend
customer orders based on stock availability and instructions received from
Sales Representatives.
·
Record,
monitor, and escalate customer complaints to the relevant stakeholders.
·
Liaise
with Stores for product availability.
·
Produce
reports on Missing items.
·
Gather
and document about customer information, payment methods, purchase reactions to
products.
·
Communicate
as per internal procedures to person concerned about claims and issues.
·
Collaborate
with Quality department for Clients issues and corrective actions.
·
Ensure
acknowledgement of any client issue and claim.
·
Liaise
with Purchasing for orders conformity and non-availability and solutions to be
established.
2. Sales Support Tasks
·
Developing
and sustaining long-lasting relationship with customers.
·
Assist
in the execution of sales activities and initiatives to support business
growth.
·
Maintain
regular communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and
enquiries.
·
Inform
customers promptly of pricing changes, product unavailability, order delays, or
other relevant updates.
·
Promotion
and upselling of products.
·
Communicate
available alternatives or substitute products to customers when required.
·
Welcome
and assist walk-in customers, including those collecting orders from the
premises.
·
Deliver
a high standard of customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction and
retention.
·
Support
the achievement of sales targets through effective customer follow-up and
coordination.
·
Work
together with the sales team to devise strategies for more achieving sales
target.
3. OTHERS
·
Any
other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required
by the employer.
CANDIDATE’S
PROFILE
Qualifications
Required
·
Diploma
in Sales & Marketing.
·
1-2
years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Key

Having
a clean Morality Certificate.
·
Possess
good communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal.
·
Good
organization skills and Result oriented.
