Position Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timeous progress reporting to clients, agents, and business sources, while managing documentation, compliance, and system processes within the conveyancing lifecycle.
Key Duties:
- Sending weekly progress reports to clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Preparing and managing conveyancing documents
- Ensuring compliance with SARS and Rates systems
- Managing diaries, emails, and internal systems (GhostConvey)
- Maintaining accurate records and workflow timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on Development Transfers
- Must have experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
