Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives
- Drive project performance analysis, including variance analysis, margin tracking, and profitability insights
- Own revenue reporting, ensuring correct recognition in line with project milestones and contractual terms
- Oversee project costing, including cost allocation, tracking, forecasting, and budget control
- Partner closely with project managers and operational teams to support commercial decision-making
- Deliver meaningful financial insights to improve project efficiency and profitability
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes within a project-driven environment
- Ensure effective use of SAP for reporting, analysis, and data integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting frameworks
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (essential)
- 5–9 years’ experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment
- Strong hands-on experience working with SAP (non-negotiable)
- Solid exposure to project accounting, revenue recognition, and business costing
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial and solution-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically complex environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
- Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and project profitability tracking
