What you'll be doing
- Develop and optimise polyurethane formulations
- Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialisation
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot product and application challenges
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives
- Support product launches and customer implementation
- Mentor and develop technical team members
What you'll need- BSc in Chemistry or Polymer Science
- Postgraduate qualification (MSc/PhD) advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in polymer science or polyurethane R&D
- Strong background in formulation and product development
- Experience with rigid foams, CASE or related applications advantageous
- Proven ability to manage technical projects
- Strong understanding of polyurethane chemistry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Commercial awareness and solution-driven mindset
