ProStaffSelect are in search of a STORE MANAGER to join the opening of a new store in Cape Towns exciting new location. We are looking for strong candidates to oversee daily operations, staff, and profitability, focusing on high-quality food, quick service, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Managing inventory, controlling food/labor costs, training staff, and ensuring health/safety compliance. Our STORE MANAGERS are hands-on leaders ; often working evenings and weekends to meet sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Previous restaurant management experience, with at least 3 - 4 years in a fast-paced environment. Leadership: Strong team-building and coaching skills. Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to handle staff and customers. Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor costs and manage inventory levels. Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/ordering software. Education: High school and diploma or certificate in Restaurant / Hotel Mgt preferred.
