We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations . This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement , production planning, inventory management, logistics , and supplier relationships to support business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

Lead demand forecasting and production planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability.

Optimize logistics and distribution, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations.

Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, ensuring supply continuity and resilience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, sales, and product development.

Implement and maintain ERP and supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools .

Excellent negotiation , communication, and vendor-management skills .

Experience with lean , Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
