Job Purpose:
The Systems & Internal Auditor is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal systems, policies, and compliance frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures operational alignment with company procedures, legal requirements, and industry best practices while driving automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, document, and update company processes, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure consistent implementation of operational systems across departments.
Collaborate with IT and department heads to automate workflows and reporting systems.
Conduct periodic process audits to assess compliance and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with Ethiopian laws and ISO standards.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations.
Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Develop risk assessment tools to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Prepare audit and compliance reports for executive management.
Lead employee awareness and compliance training programs.
