We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Temporary Receptionists in the Northern Suburbs . As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a temporary position with the potential for future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
