Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Tracker for a luxury lodge based in the Klaserie region. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable bush enthusiast with a strong understanding of wildlife, exceptional tracking abilities, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a luxury safari environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and informative wildlife tracking experiences
- Assist with game drives and ensure guest safety at all times
- Share knowledge of fauna, flora, and the surrounding ecosystem with guests
- Work closely with the guiding and lodge team to deliver exceptional safari experiences
- Maintain vehicles and tracking equipment to a high standard
- Ensure adherence to reserve and lodge policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tracker within a luxury lodge or safari environment
- Strong tracking skills and excellent bush knowledge
- Passion for conservation and wildlife
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
- Valid PDP and relevant qualifications advantageous
Package:
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
- Live-in position
