Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced computer literacy
- Payroll / HR systems experience advantageous
Experience:- 8–15+ years administration experience
- 5+ years in supervisory/management role
- Mining, construction, logistics, or industrial environment preferred
Technical Expertise Required:- Office administration systems
- Document control and records management
- Payroll input and timesheet controls
- HR administration and onboarding support
- Procurement administration and PO tracking
- Asset registers and inventory records
- Fleet / travel / accommodation coordination
- Compliance filing and audit readiness
- Reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP systems (e.g.SAP)
Key Responsibilities: - Manage all site or company administrative staff
- Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and on time
- Oversee filing systems, contracts, employee records, leave records
- Coordinate recruitment admin, onboarding, and terminations
- Control purchase requisitions, invoices, and supplier admin
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports
- Improve admin processes and turnaround times
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive records
- Support audits and statutory inspections
- Maintain communication flow between departments
Key KPIs: - Payroll accuracy %
- Timesheet submission deadlines met
- Invoice processing turnaround time
- Document retrieval / filing compliance

- Staff attendance records accuracy
