Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, Facility Managers, and business owners
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored energy-saving solutions
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the business professionally within the market

Minimum Requirements
  • Proven track record in new business development or solution sales
  • Experience selling high-value B2B products or services
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Gauteng and occasionally nationally
