- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors
- Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, Facility Managers, and business owners
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
- Understand client requirements and present tailored energy-saving solutions
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
- Represent the business professionally within the market

Minimum Requirements- Proven track record in new business development or solution sales
- Experience selling high-value B2B products or services

- Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Gauteng and occasionally nationally
