Location : Braamfontein, Johannesburg [ 3 days in a week from office]

Compass Configurer Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, and validate technical and functional requirements, ensuring full scenario coverage
Configure Compass product rules, workflows, and business processes in line with requirements
Perform system, interface analysis, and produce supporting specifications
Implement, configure, and test solutions, including evaluation of alternative approaches
Apply system patches and ensure platform currency and stability
Provide support to business stakeholders in delivering effective and efficient solutions
Challenge business requirements constructively to ensure optimal solution outcomes
Ensure solution design aligns with business, functional, and architectural standards
Work closely with architects to align with broader strategic direction
Mentor and support junior configurers, including peer reviews and quality assurance
Contribute actively to the Compass Centre of Excellence (CCoE)
Build and maintain deep expertise in Compass Retail product configuration and setup
