Compass Interface Developer Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain system interfaces between Compass and external/internal systems
- Analyse integration requirements and produce detailed interface specifications
- Develop and support batch processing, data exchange, and real-time integrations
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across all interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related production incidents and batch failures
- Collaborate with business, configurers, and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes
- Maintain documentation for interfaces, data flows, and technical designs
Support performance tuning and optimisation of integration components
