Key Responsibilities
- Digital
Strategies: Create and execute plans for SEO,
content, social media, and SMS campaigns.
- Social
Media Management: Manage profiles (Facebook,
Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok), including scheduling, engagement, and
community building.
- SEO
& ASO: Conduct keyword research and
implement techniques to boost website and app organic traffic and
visibility.
- Content
Creation: Produce blog posts, videos,
infographics, and eBooks aligned with the brand voice.
- Paid
Advertising: Manage PPC budgets, targeting, and
tracking on Google Ads and social networks.
- SMS
Marketing: Design campaigns, segment
audiences, test content, and track conversions.
- Data
& Analytics: Monitor campaign ROI and metrics
using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work alongside sales, design, and
product teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- User
Growth: Minimum 3% month-over-month increase in user
registrations in Uganda for each brand.
- Audience
Growth: Minimum 3% MoM increase in followers on all social media
channels.
- Strategy
Meetings: One monthly meeting presenting new
strategic ideas focused on promoting our apps.
- Content
Output: Minimum 10 posts or videos per channel monthly
(FB/IG/X/TikTok/YT) for each brand.
- SMS
Execution: Manual SMS send outs scheduled
daily (excluding Sundays) in alignment with the SMS sending calendar.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma
or Degree in Digital Business Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven
experience in IT support or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Strong
knowledge of fintech digital business operations.
- Good
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
