Employment Information

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, contract management, confirmations, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data and records.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and preparation of employment documentation.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programmes.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance management activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and statutory requirements.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives and implementation of HR projects and systems.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned.
