RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update investment and asset records, files and systems
- Support ongoing monitoring of property development loans and investments
- Track and manage compliance requirements, contracts and documentation
- Assist with loan changes, payment instructions and transaction administration
- Liaise with developers, banks, service providers and internal teams
- Support monthly reporting and investor communication
- Monitor contract terms, renewals and closing processes
- Assist with FICA, audits and compliance checks
- Compile internal and external reports (portfolio, compliance and impact reporting)
- Support operational improvements, systems and process updates
REQUIREMENTS:- Matric
- Minimum 10 years' administration or office management experience.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Strong report writing and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services, investments, property finance or compliance will be advantageous.
