RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial management and accounting function of the dealership.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company reporting requirements.
- Partner with operational management to analyse vehicle, parts and service performance and improve profitability.
- Monitor inventory, margins and departmental financial performance.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control processes across all departments.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance and administration team.
- Support the Group Financial Manager with financial analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be advantageous.
- 2–5 years' financial management experience, preferably within the automotive retail industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience on dealership management systems such as Pinewood or Pinnacle will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
