Responsibilities:
- To maintain all stores in a neat, tidy and clean manner.
- To ensure that Health and safety practices are maintained at all times including manual handling and stocking items.
- To ensure security of stores areas is maintained and that key control system is maintained and returned to security when not in use.
- To maintain up to date storeroom plans and records.
- To check quantity and quality upon receipt of goods.
- To report any discrepancies of goods against purchase order.
- To arrange and install goods neatly in the store.
- To ensure that all stores are correctly rotated and issued in sequence.
- To carry out regular spot check on store items.
- To maximise use of storage space available.
- To inform the storekeeper of the presence of any expiry or neatly expired items.
- To report any slow moving items to the store keeper
- To assist with monthly physical stock count activities as required
- Adhere to established procedures
- To be flexible in assisting colleagues with tasks.
Qualifications:
- SC
- At least 1 year of relevant experince
- Honest
- Customer service oriented
- Good organisational skill
